Bay Osos Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) is a family of three private residences licensed by the State of California. Located in the quiet coastal community of Los Osos/Baywood Park, California, we provide a high standard of facility cleanliness, personal service, and healthy home cooking, but above all respect for individual needs and dignity is given to all.

When I was suddenly forced to move my mother into a care facility in Los Osos, I moved her into the first facility I contacted. After a very troubled year in that facility, I moved my mother to the Bay Osos RCFE. I quickly found out that all RCFEs are not the same. The difference in quality of employees and in overall quality of the facility was immediately noticeable at Bay Osos RCFE. This high level of professionalism has resulted in a much better experience for my mother and a lot less worry for me.

The management at the Bay Osos RCFE is always professional and easy to work with. My entire experience with the facility has highlighted the fact that their approach is centered around the needs of my mother. The employees at Bay Osos RCFE are extremely attentive and respectful of both my mother and myself. The facility seems much like a large supportive family and thus provides a loving caring environment that I feel my mother deserves. In the end, I worry much less about my mother knowing that she is well cared for. I strongly recommend Bay Osos RCFE for anyone considering moving a loved one to a facility of this type.

I'm filled with gratitude and fond memories when I recall the time my mom spent at Bay Osos residential. Because of the warm and loving care, along with the constant attention and lively atmosphere, she perked up, became interactive, and reacted more fully than she had been doing previously. I was always comfortable knowing she was in a clean, comfortable environment, eating plenty of tasty food, participating in fun activities, and being kept safe and secure by well-trained, quality staff. I always knew too that Dick and Veronica were just a telephone call away if there was something I wanted to discuss with them. The Pacaoans have earned a wonderful reputation in the community because they truly care for those whom they care for, and they treat not only the residents, but the staff, like family.
